1. About our service

WarmHomeUK is a trading name of M.F. Sarker. Our correspondence address is: Unit 128475, PO Box 26965, Glasgow, G1 9BW. We provide a free online tool that helps UK residents identify home-energy support routes that may be relevant. We currently provide information and an indicative report only. We do not award funding, carry out assessments, assign installers or arrange work.

2. Disclaimer

WarmHomeUK is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UK Government, DESNZ, or Ofgem.

The eligibility results provided by our checker are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee of grant funding. Actual eligibility is subject to:

• Official assessment by a qualified surveyor
• Current scheme rules and funding availability
• Property-specific factors that cannot be determined remotely
• Changes to government policy and scheme criteria

3. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the grant information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, government schemes change frequently. We recommend checking official government sources for the latest information.

Where available, EPC data is requested from the official Energy Performance of Buildings Data service for England and Wales and is provided as-is. If that lookup is unavailable, the checker continues without claiming an EPC result.

4. Your responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in the eligibility checker
• Not submit false or misleading information
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to disrupt or overload the service

5. Current service boundary

The website is free to use. WarmHomeUK does not currently operate an installer referral programme and does not share checker submissions with installers. If that service changes, these terms and the consent shown at collection will be updated before any sharing occurs.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarmHomeUK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on the eligibility results provided.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
