WarmHomeUK provides a free online tool that helps UK residents check their potential eligibility for government energy efficiency grants. We connect eligible households with approved local installers who can carry out free property assessments and installations.

WarmHomeUK is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UK Government, DESNZ, or Ofgem.

The eligibility results provided by our checker are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee of grant funding. Actual eligibility is subject to:

  • Official assessment by a qualified surveyor
  • Current scheme rules and funding availability
  • Property-specific factors that cannot be determined remotely
  • Changes to government policy and scheme criteria

3. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the grant information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, government schemes change frequently. We recommend checking official government sources for the latest information.

EPC data is sourced from the official UK Energy Performance of Buildings Register and is provided as-is.

4. Your responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

When you consent to be connected with local installers, we introduce you to third-party businesses. Any contract for installation work is between you and the installer.
